72mm Helix System Okay, here’s how this works; yes, this is a magnetic filter, and no, this filter cannot attach directly to the lens. However, we include a 72mm base plate that is only for 72mm filter threads. Filter attachment and removal are a breeze with the simple, magnetic connection and quarter-turn locking mechanism.

Its coated glass and aluminum frame design maintains a sturdy connection, and can be rotated in place to changed to direction and impact of your motion effects.
