Silk Sonic Sound. Continuing the legacy of the NT1 line from RODE, this NT1 Signature Series offers quality upgrades while capturing the same warm, silky audio of its predecessors. These upgrades include a lower noise floor of 4dBA and a higher maximum SPL of 142 dB, but with a new design, does not include a USB-C port. It’s now supported through a single 3-pin XLR output to connect to the audio device of your choosing.

Cardioid Condenser. Sporting a 1-inch gold sputtered HF6 condenser capsule, the NT1 Signature delivers a buttery frequency response with high sensitivity. The cardioid pattern of the capsule focuses in on the vocals directly in front of the mic, while rejecting ambient noise from the sides and back. Suspended within the microphone, the transducer effectively reduces shake and vibration, and incorporates high-grade electronics to maintain a low noise level.

Suspension Shockmount Included. To prevent rumbles and vibrations that may impact audio capture, this rental provides you with RODE’s SM6 shockmount. This studio-grade accessory features a removable pop filter with two axes of adjustment and a telescopic arm.
