The Rokinon AF 14mm f/2.8 for Canon is an ultra-wide angle lens designed for Canon EF-Mount cameras and camcorders. Key features include:

Ultra-Wide Angle. The Rokinon AF 14mm f/2.8 provides a 116.6° angle of view on full-frame Canon EF-mount cameras. You can also use it on APS-C cameras, on which it’ll provide a 22.4mm equivalent focal length and a 92.8° angle of view.

Advanced Optics. The ten-group/fifteen-element design incorporates one extra-low dispersion element, two aspherical elements, and four high-refractive index elements that help to control distortions and aberrations, all while retaining sharpness and clarity at any aperture or focus distance. The Ultra Multi-Coating controls ghosting and flare for a contrasty, color-neutral image.

Autofocus. The built-in autofocus motor provides fast, accurate, and quiet focusing, while manual-focus mode lets you make precise adjustments. A dedicated AF/MF switch gives you the ability to quickly switch between both focus modes. The rounded seven-blade diaphragm provides smooth bokeh when you’re using selective-focus techniques.

Creative Uses. You can take advantage of this ultra-wide lens’s extreme angle of view to capture unorthodox images. This type of lens is commonly used for landscape and architectural photography, but It’s able to shoot some rather interesting portraits as well. Its 7.87-inch minimum focusing distance makes it simple to exaggerate perspective.

High-Quality Build. The Rokinon AF 14mm f/2.8 lens boasts a durable, weather-sealed, all-metal housing, which means you can use it in inclement weather and unfavorable environments. Its built-in hood helps to prevent flare while protecting the front element.
