Cinematic Elegance. At first glance, the Sigma Aizu Cine 50mm T1.3 LF Prime (PL) is presented like many other cine lenses of its kind, with a refined, classic design. Each focal length of this series, including the 25mm, 27mm, 32mm, 35mm, 40mm, 65mm, and 75mm PL-mount lenses, produce a consistent look across the board with minimal breathing and distortion, and balanced color, contrast, and flare characteristics.

Coverage and Close-Ups. The Aizu sports a wide 46.3mm image circle that broadens compatibility to both full-frame and Super 35 sensors, and can even accommodate large-format camera options! The lens has an impressive minimum focusing distance of just 1.6 feet, allowing you to cozy up to your subject and capture sharp, detailed imagery.

Accessories and More. Although this lens won’t accept a standard screw-on filter, its 95mm front diameter does allow for standard matte boxes and lens shades. All of the focus marks on the lens are measured in feet, but we do have a Metric Depth of Field Chart available for use if needed!
