Sigma Styled. Mirroring the optical design of the Art lens, this 28-45mm T2 AF features an 11-blade, rounded diaphragm that delivers incredibly smooth bokeh across the focal range without sacrificing sharp, flare- and ghost-free image quality. This line of lenses add cinema-style mechanics to its system, including a limited-rotation focus ring, industry-standard 0.8M pitch gears, and a clickless aperture ring. The 0.8 MOD focus, iris, and zoom gears are all equipped with individual dampers that prevent metallic noises when it reaches the end of the lens travel.

HLA Motor. Supported by a a linear motor HLA (High-response Linear Actuator), this lens is equipped for fast-paced shots and action sequences. Whether you’re going gimbal or handheld, rapid focus shift capabilities keeps unpredictable shooting attainable and smooth.
