Camera Control Kit. The SmallHD INDIE 7 Monitor w/ DSMC2 Camera Control (Gold Mount) is a kit that adds RED DSMC2 camera control to the popular INDIE 7 monitor along with a pre-installed Gold Mount battery plate (batteries not included). The DSMC2 software license enables on-screen camera control options presented in an intuitive interface, and we included the 18-inch camera control cable you’ll need to pair this with a RED system.

Image Quality On A Budget. The SmallHD INDIE 7 Monitor’s 1000 cd/m² display is daylight viewable while keeping black levels black. The 10-bit touchscreen panel uses IPS LCD tech for great color reproduction and contrast with full coverage of the Rec709 colorspace.

HDMI & SDI Inputs & Outputs. The Indie 7 supports both HDMI and 3G-SDI inputs and outputs with cross-convertion between them. 3G-SDI format support maxes out at 1080/120i and 1080/60p in 10-Bit 4:2:2. HDMI format support maxes out at 1080/60p in 16-bit 4:4:4 color. Audio is transferred through both 3G-SDI and HDMI, with a 1/8-inch stereo out to monitor audio via headphones (not included).

Feature-Rich PageOS 4 Toolset. Expanded options include the output of 3D LUT previews to downstream devices, image capture, overlays, custom scaling, anamorphic desqueeze, peaking, false color, Waveform, Zebras, RGB parade, histogram, and on-screen audio meters. An SD card slot lets you add custom LUTs, and save and share settings to other monitors. Please note that this rental doesn’t include an SD card.

Gold Mount Batteries Not Included. Each rental will be shipped with a Gold Mount battery plate installed, but you’ll need to pick up your own batteries and chargers.
