Portable VENICE Capabilities. The Sony VENICE 2 Extension System Mini gives VENICE 2 filmmakers a more suitable option for filming in compact spaces, like cars or on motorcycles, without sacrificing that crisp and sharp 8K quality. This system essentially separates the sensor and lens from the body of the VENICE 2, and through the included 14.8-foot cable, connects directly to the camera.

Mounting Options Galore. After connecting to the camera, your next step is probably figuring out how you’re going to mount or rig. Thanks to it’s lightweight design and 15 mounting points, you can rig on anything from a gimbal of your choice to a suction mount on glass.

Included ND Filters. Despite the size of this system, it still manages to accept the included nine ND filters. The set is comprised of filters in 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2,1.5, 1.8, 2.1, and 2.4 gradations.

VENICE 6K Compatible. You heard that right! Users with the 6K version of the VENICE 2 now have access to an 8K sensor with the v4.0 firmware update.

Built-In Gyro. The sensor block features a built-in gyro sensor designed to collect title and roll metadata, speeding up post-production editing and workflows.
