No. This rental is for the parabolic collector only. You’ll need to provide your own lav mic or rent one separately.
The SS1 has a single 1/4"-20 threaded hole and a shoe adapter for attaching to cameras, stands, and boom poles. Please note that this is not a standard size for mic stands and boom poles. Additional adapters may be required.
