The controller operates via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, lasts for up to seven hours on a single charge of its internal battery, and works with no latency. A USB-C port lets you charge the internal battery, use a wired connection with compatible cameras, and use separately available batteries and power accessories. This rental includes a USB 3.1 Type-C to Type-C cable and a one-port USB charger so that you can charge the handwheel.

FIZ Lens Control Motor. This kit also includes the Tilta Nucleus Nano II FIZ Lens Control Motor that you’ll need to pull focus on most lenses. This low-noise motor features automatic and manual lens calibration, and it operates at five times the torque of its predecessor. It’s designed to be positioned set off from the main gearing, which prevents it from pushing away from the lens, and its 0.8 MOD gear makes it compatible with most cinema-standard lenses. The motor has two USB-C ports, one that’s input/output, and one that’s input only. These ports can power the motor and provide pass-through power to multiple motors so that you can control FIZ from a single source.
