Sony E Mount. This ultra-wide angle lens was designed for use on Sony E-mount cameras. The large 65mm image circle easily covers any full-frame sensor without vignetting.

Shift and Rotation Functions. The Venus Optics Laowa 15mm f/4.5R Zero-D Shift has an extremely broad 110° angle of view that’s complemented by an impressive +/- 11mm shift range that helps compensate for converging lines and eliminate keystone distortion. The shift control works in combination with a 360° rotation mechanism that allows you to apply the shift in a range of directions to best suit shooting in horizontal and vertical orientations. The rotation mechanism has click stops at 15° increments for intuitive handling.

High-Quality Optics. This lens’s rectilinear optical design keeps distortion at bay, making it perfect for architectural, interior, and landscape photography. Its eleven-group/seventeen-element design includes two aspherical elements and three extra-low dispersion elements that help to eliminate chromatic aberrations and color fringing while keeping images sharp. An updated anti-reflective coating reduces flare and ghosting for greater contrast and color accuracy when you’re shooting in strong lighting conditions.

Fully Manual Lens. The 15mm f/4.5 is a fully manual lens. Its floating optical system maintains a high level of performance throughout its focal range of 7.9 inches to infinity, and its 14-blade diaphragm produces excellent 14-point sun stars when you’re working at higher apertures while improving the quality of out-of-focus areas.

Shift Lens Support Compatible. This lens is compatible with the Venus Optics Laowa Shift Lens Support V3, which is available as a separate rental item. This lens support gives you improved mounting and makes it easier to shoot shift-type stitched panorama photos, all while retaining your image’s axis during orientation adjustments.
