Compact, Single-Rod Follow Focus. The Wooden Camera Zip Focus is the most compact follow focus we offer but maintains the same high-quality construction found in the more robust Wooden UFF-1 Pro Universal Follow Focus. The Zip Focus attaches to lightweight-support (LWS) systems with a single 15mm rail clamp and has a pivot point in the arm to ensure compatibility with a variety of lens/camera combos.

Standard 0.8 Pitch & Friction Gears. The pitch of the drive gear is the cinema standard 0.8 MOD, and a gear ratio of 1:1 works great with cinema lenses featuring long focus throws. We also include a friction gear for controlling non-geared lenses without the need for clamp-on lens gears. The friction gear works in a pinch, but we still recommend lens gears for reliable focusing.

Hard Stop Marking Disk. The hand wheel is compatible with included standard marking discs or a hard-stop disc, giving you positionable limits when you’re using a DSLR with infinite barrel rotation. The hand wheel also has an ARRI standard port for optional accessories like focus whips and cranks.
