STM Autofocusing Motor. This lens is the first dual-fisheye of its kind, offering not only APS-C format coverage, but autofocus capabilities as well. It features a gear-type stepping motor (STM) with a dual-lens autofocus mechanism that simultaneously drives both lenses, making operation as simple as it is with any other lens. Just flip the “Adjust” switch, make sure your subject is within the image circle of the left lens, and you’ve got yourself a brilliantly focused, fisheye photo. Please note that this lens does not support Servo AF.
Dream Design. Coming in at just 10.2 ounces and a little over 4 inches long, you’ll barely notice this addition to your equipment bag! Both lenses are covered with an air sphere coating, which is proven to drastically reduce ghosting and reflections. Want to add a filter for some extra pizazz? No problem!
