The Sennheiser EW-DP SKP Plug-On Transmitter/Recorder (Q1-6) is an accessory wireless transmitter and recorder for Sennheiser EW-D, EW-DX, and EW-DP series receivers. Key features include:

XLR-F Plug-On Design. The Sennheiser EW-DP SKP Plug-On Transmitter/Recorder (Q1-6)’s plug-on design and compact build enable you to connect it directly to a handheld mic for man-on-the-street interview, to a shotgun mic for wireless boom capture, and to a condenser mic, thanks to its 48V phantom power setting. Its 3.5mm input lets you connect a lav mic for interviews and dialogue capture.
Recording Capabilities. In addition to its transmitter capabilities, the EW-DP SKP can also function as a stand-alone recorder, capturing files onto microSD cards.
Batteries Required. The EW-DP SKP is powered by two AA batteries, which aren’t included with this rental. We offer the Rechargeable AA Battery 8-Pack Travel Kit and Panasonic Eneloop Pro AA Ni-MH 2550mAh 4-pack as separate rental items. The transmitter can also be powered using Sennheiser’s BA 70 battery.
Receiver and Mic Not Included. Please note that this rental is only for the Transmitter/Recorder. If you don’t have a receiver, you’ll also need to rent the Sennheiser EW-DP EK Camera-Mount Wireless Receiver – Q1-6 or Sennheiser EW-D EM Digital Wireless Receiver. If you don’t have a mic, we recommend the Sennheiser MD 46, Shure Beta 58A, Shure SM58, or RODE Reporter.
