The Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III RXD for Sony E is a versatile standard zoom designed for full-frame Sony E-mount cameras and is the predecessor to the Di III VXD G2. Key features include:
Versatile Wide-Aperture Zoom. The Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III RXD’s fast, constant f/2.8 aperture gives you excellent depth-of-field control and consistent brightness throughout the zoom range. Using an APS-C camera? This lens will give you 42-112.5mm equivalent focal length.
Optics. The twelve-group/fifteen-element optical formula gives you sharp, high-contrast images across the image plane.
Fast, Accurate Autofocus. The 28-75mm autofocuses quickly, accurately, and smoothly, making it ideal for still and video use. It also offers full-time manual-focus override for even greater precision. Its 7.5-inch minimum focusing distance makes it useful for working with close-up subjects.
