Professional Features. The Zacuto VCT Pro Baseplate features a built-in ergonomic gel shoulder pad, a 10-inch sliding track with a spring-loaded lever, a VCT14-compatible V-wedge, and extra space for accessories up front.

Adjustable Height. The adjustable rod height allows you to use this baseplate with a range of camera types from DSLRs to larger models.

Space for Accessories. A section of the VCT Pro extends out past the rod adapter in front, giving you extra space to mount accessories under the camera’s lens. This means you can push the camera further back on the baseplate while still keeping your rig’s balance point on your shoulder.

Quick-Release Plate. Enables you to remove your camera from a rig with the push of a button.

15mm Rods. Whether you’re attaching a follow focus, matte box, or monitor, the 15mm rod support system allows simple attachment. The VCT Pro Baseplate comes standard with two 6.5-inch rods. If you need a longer option, we also rent the Zacuto 10in Male/Female 15mm Rod Set. that can be used by themselves or screwed onto the standard 6.5-inch rods.
