Q & A

Can I use UHS-II media with the USB hub?

No. This hub is only compatible UHS-I SD and MicroSD cards.

Is there Bluetooth on the keyboard?

No. It connects to the iPad with a Smart Connector, which is a physical connection that provides stable transfer of data and power.

Do I need to reset the iPad before or after my rental?

You don’t have to reset the iPad yourself, as this is part of our standard inspection protocol. However, if you want to at the end of your rental, you can!
Please note that once the iPad is reset, you will be unable to access it afterwards and we can not grant access remotely, so if you choose to do a full reset, we advise you do so just before you return your rental.

Does this tablet come preloaded with anything?

The iPad will arrive with the default apps. Log in with your own Apple Account to install new or previously purchased apps.

Can I use Sidecar with this iPad?

Yes, so long as you’re logged into your Apple Account on both devices.

Will I receive a SIM card with this iPad?

No, this iPad uses eSIM, which is not compatible with physical SIM cards. You can use your eSIM profile, however. Learn more about that here.

How good is the iPad's battery life?

Depending on what you’re doing, the battery on this iPad can last up to ten hours per charge. Charging takes around two hours.
