The Aputure NOVA II 1×1 RGB LED Panel includes:

BLAIR Chip Project. Innovation meets power with the workhorse that is the Aputure NOVA II 1×1 RGB LED Panel. Sporting an Aputure-developed BLAIR-CG chipset, this studio light features blue, lime, amber, indigo, red, cyan, and green emitters. This groundbreaking chipset helps boost color accuracy and brightness levels, and offers a full CCT range of 1800 to 20,000K, seven multicolor diodes for improved color-matching, and 100% +/– green adjustment. Additionally, the NOVA II scores a 95 rating for CRI/TCLI standards and a Rf 95/Rg 100 TM-30 rating at 3200 and 5600K color temperatures.

Diffusion Solution. Maximize and soften your light output with this Aputure NOVA II 1×1 Softbox! Designed to set up in just seconds, this softbox features a silver interior for efficient light reflection, a 45° fabric grid for directional control, and two diffusion cloths that add 1- and 2-stops of light reduction.

Barndoors. This set of durable, metal Aputure Barndoors for the NOVA II 1×1 RGB LED Panel attach to the front accessory slots of the LED to efficiently shape and direct light output.

Heavy-Duty Combo Head. Silver-plated and steel-constructed, the Matthews 11.3’ Hollywood Combo Double Riser Stand is equipped with a standard 1-18" Junior receiver, as well as a retractable 5/8" baby pin. The 3-section, 2-riser stand supports payloads up to 90 pounds at heights up to 11.3’.

Does this rental come with any sandbags or weights?

No, but you can find some in the “Shot Bags” section under Recommended on the left-hand side of this page.

What kind of mount does the softbox use?

The softbox attaches directly to the face of the NOVA II without any brackets or speed rings.

Those stands looks pretty big and heavy. Are there any items that will help me lighten the load?

Well, there isn’t any magic we can use to make these lighter, but we rent a few carts and hand trucks to help out on your production set. Make sure and check out the Magliner Two-Wheel Folding Straight Frame Hand Truck, the Inovativ Voyager 36 EVO Equipment Cart, and the MultiCart RocknRoller R12RT All-Terrain Equipment Cart. These are all items we’ve found invaluable on our own personal productions, and we highly recommend them to customers as well.
