Is this tally system universally compatible?

No, this tally system is only compatible with select switchers.
Our inventory of compatible switchers includes the Sony MCX-500, Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Pro, Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Extreme ISO, Blackmagic Design ATEM 1 M/E Constellation, Blackmagic Design ATEM Television Studio Pro 4K, Blackmagic Design ATEM 1 M/E, and Roland V-60HD.

Will this rental include numbered stickers for the tally lights?

No, the included tally lights will not be numbered nor will stickers be provided. We recommend using a dry-erase marker to number the devices.
