This is a premium 49.2ft long HDMI male (type A) to male (type A) cable from NTW. Key features include:
- Built-in signal boosting. This cable features chips in both connectors that strengthen the video signal during transmission. This enables a full 10.2 Gbps data rate, even at 49ft!
- Thin Design. Normally cables of this length would need to be extremely thick, but NTW has gotten it down to a reasonable 28AWG (about 3/8" diameter) due to their signal boosting technology.
HDMI Male-Male inputs are typically found on larger camcorders. If you are shooting video on DSLRs you will need HDMI Male-Mini cables.
