As of June 2026, our dedicated techs found that the combination of the Canon EF-EOS R Mount Adapter and Rokinon’s SP 14mm f/2.4 for Canon EF or SP 10mm f/3.5 for Canon EF causes the Canon EOS R5 Mk II, EOS R6 Mk III, EOS R10, and EOS R7 to freeze and turn black.
