Will this CFast card work with ARRI cinema cameras?

No. This card is not ARRI approved and will not work with ARRI cinema cameras.
If you need a CFast card that is compatible with an ARRI Amira or Alexa Mini, you will need one of the following: ARRI SanDisk 512GB Extreme PRO CFast 2.0, SanDisk 128GB Extreme PRO 525MB/s CFast 2.0, or SanDisk 256GB Extreme PRO 525MB/s CFast 2.0.

I've heard CFast can be a bit finicky, what are the best practices when using this type of media?

Format each memory card every time it is inserted into the camera, no exceptions.
Do not allow cards to fill completely, always leave a few unused Gigabytes.
Use Sandisk’s Format and Refresh Tool for Windows or MacOS every time you finish transferring footage.
Transfer footage using a media management utility, like ShotPut Pro.
Whenever possible, record to both memory card slots at the same time, for safety.
