The SmallHD 7" 703 Bolt Wireless Director’s Monitor is a handheld 1080p monitor with integrated wireless video receiver that works with Teradek Bolt Pro 500, 1000, and 3000 transmitters from up to 300 feet away.

4K Update Available. This monitor is only compatible with select legacy transmitters and will not work with any Bolt 4K devices. If you are looking for a monitor receiver for the Bolt 4K wireless system, we recommend renting the SmallHD INDIE 7 w/ Bolt 4K 750 Receiver Gold Mount or the daylight viewable SmallHD 702 Touch w/ Bolt 4K 750 Receiver Gold Mount.

1080p Monitor & Wireless Receiver. The SmallHD 703 Bolt Director’s Monitor is a SmallHD 703 monitor with an integrated Teradek Sidekick Wireless Rx. All the features of the SmallHD 703 are here including a 7" 1080p display, SDI in & out, and bright 300 cd/m² lcd backlight. The integrated Sidekick Wireless Receiver works with Teradek Bolt Pro 500, 1000, and 3000 transmitters (not included). However, do note it is good for a maximum of 300 feet of wireless HD video with no perceptible latency, regardless of transmitter used.

Side Grips & Neck Strap. This kit is built as a director’s monitor and comes with contoured side handles and a neck strap to redistribute weight from your arms and prevent fatigue.

Dual SDI. The monitor accepts inputs up to 1080/60p via 3G-SDI SDI. A second SDI port functions as another input or an output, and audio can be monitored through an 1/8" (3.5mm) headphone jack.

Powered Via Gold Battery. This version of the monitor includes a cable-less
gold mount battery plate for powering the monitor with a number of gold mount battery options. Do note an actual Gold Mount battery and charger are not included.

Other Notable Features. The SmallHD PageBuilder OS allows you to set up discreet pages with augments like 3d LUTs, frame guides, HD scopes, focus assist, exposure control, and peaking tools. The IPS LCD display has a 160° viewing angle and 1150:1 contrast ratio to ensure that accurate colors are always represented.

Is a Teradek Bolt Transmitter included with the rental?

No! This product is just the SmallHD 703 Bolt Wireless Director’s Monitor (Gold Mount). We are offering this for rental by itself for those who already own their own transmitter or plan to pair it with one of our existing Teradek Bolt Wireless kits.
