Yes, a big one! Due to numerous issues, LensRentals cannot recommend the use of Sony NP-F970 Batteries with the SmallHD Focus. Instead, we now include and carry the Hawk-Woods DV-F590 L-Series Battery specifically for this monitor. If you need spares, the NP-F976 is your ticket.

Since we do not know which model camera you’ll be using, we do not include any of the power adapters with the rental of the Focus. However, we do offer them as a separate rental item
If you’ll be shooting with a Canon camera that uses the LP-E6 battery (5D-series / 6D-series / 7D-series), you’ll want to also rent the SmallHD Focus to Canon LP-E6 Power Adapter.

That is correct, the SmallHD Focus features a micro-HDMI input that requires a custom-sized plug. We do not include any HDMI cables with the rental of the Focus.
