This rental does not include an ethernet cable by default. If you need an ethernet cable, you can find one here as a separate rental item.

How many cameras can be synced with each cable?

You cannot use a single cable to sync two cameras so you will need one cable for every camera you wish to sync.

Is this compatible with all Z Cam E2 model cameras?

No. This cable is only compatible with the original Z Cam E2 camera and will not work with the E2C or any E2 flagship model cameras.
