Canon RF Mount. The Canon RF 24mm f/1.8 Macro IS STM belongs to Canon’s line of RF-mount lenses. It’s compatible with Canon RF cameras. It does not work with Canon EF-mount cameras.
Versatile 1:2 Macro. This unique lens’s combination of wide-angle versatility, 1:2 macro magnification, and a 5.5-inch minimum focusing distance make it great for a range of applications outside of macro shooting, including landscape, nature, street, and architectural photography. Its bright f/1.8 aperture and rounded nine-blade diaphragm give you great low-light shooting capability and shallow depth of field.
Advanced Optics. This lens’s nine-group/eleven-element optical formula includes one Ultra-Low Dispersion element and one aspherical element that combine to minimize chromatic aberrations and color fringing while providing high clarity, color fidelity, and sharpness.
