No. This PTZ keyboard uses the RS232 serial protocol via a DB9 connector for camera control.

Is this compatible with BirdDog PTZ cameras?

This is compatible with BirdDog PTZ cameras when paired with the BirdDog RJ45 to RS232 Control Cable Adapter.
