The wireless controllers are self tracking and include haptic feedback, so you can practically feel what you’re interacting with, like the subtle vibrations from typing on a smartphone’s keyboard. Like the Quest 2, the Pro’s headset can recognize your real hands and convert them into controllers, enabling literal pinch control and extreme precision with your bare hands.

Advanced Processing. Remember, the Quest Pro is meant to be powerful, and it’s loaded with some impressive specs. The per-eye resolution is an impressive 1800 × 1920 to create a detailed world that sits millimeters away from your eyes. The 256GB storage is great for storing apps, games, and media, but the RAM is doubled to 12GB from the Quest 2 for even more processing speed. Each controller has its own mobile processor and lasts for up to 8 hours on a single charge. The headset itself is rated for up to 3 hours, but expect less in real-world usage.

Works With Quest 2 Data. All your games, data, and apps from previous Quest models will work on the Quest Pro, so you don’t have to worry about losing anything if you’re looking to upgrade. Everything is tied to your account on the app, which you’ll need to set any Quest device up.
