Can this camera interface with a computer or read SSDs?

This camera can’t interface with a computer or read SSDs on its own. If you don’t have an SSD dock/reader, you’ll need to rent a StarTech USB 3.0 SSD Drive Adapter Cable.

Will this camera record 4K RAW to my SSD?

If you’re shooting 4K RAW, you’ll need one of the Sandisk Extreme Pro 240GB, 480GB, or 960GB SSDs.

Will my SSD work with this camera?

What’s this camera’s battery life?

This camera’s internal battery lasts about one hour. If you need more battery life, please be sure to rent an external battery pack.

Does this camera include a hot shoe mount or adapter?

This camera doesn’t include a hot shoe mount or adapter. If you want to use any shoe-mountable accessories, you must provide your own adapter.

Does this rental include the full version of DaVinci Resolve or UltraScope?

This rental doesn’t include the dongle that enables the full version of DaVinci Resolve, but you may download DaVinci Resolve Lite for free here. Please note that Resolve Lite doesn’t allow you to export projects at resolutions larger than UHD (3,840 × 2,160). You can download UltraScope here.
