Stellar Shots. Add this Celestron NexStar 6SE 150mm f/10 Telescope to your next starry night viewing to capture up close imaging of the world around you. The NexStar 6SE is a portable, yet powerful, Schmidt-Cassegrain-style scope that enhances the viewing of planets, the moon, stars, and so much more. The StarBright XLT optical coating system provides you with increased light transmission throughout the entire optical path with multi-coated lenses, highly reflective multi-coated mirrors, and optical glass elements.

Camera Compatibility. To secure these stellar photos and videos, you will need the T-Mount adapter that will fit the camera you plan to use. Here at LR, we have the Canon EF, Canon RF, Nikon F, and Nikon Z adapters available for rent separately. The telescope is not powered through the camera you’re using, but it will accept either the separately available AC adapter or 8 AA batteries.

Celestial Control. Let’s dig on into what this scope is capable of! The 6SE’s features are adjusted using the iconic NexStar+ computer hand controller, which holds a database of over 40,000 celestial objects, and up to 100 additional user-defined destinations. The controller sports a 2-line, 16 character LCD display for you to input the object you’d wish to see in the sky. Choose from nine slew speeds, multiple tracking modes, alignment procedures, and much more directly from the controller!

Included Support. This rental provides you with a stainless steel tripod designed to secure the telescope via three threaded screws around the base. An included tray attached to the legs can hold any attachments you may need to have on hand, like eyepieces or filters, while also helping ensure stability and vibration reduction.
