Yes. We highly advise people who need more battery life to check out the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K / 6K Battery Grip. Not only does it provide approximately 3.4x the shooting time, it also adds a better grip for larger hands and higher lens spacing for follow focuses with rails. Please be aware that this grip uses Hawk-Woods DV-F590 batteries, so if you’re renting extras, get those instead of the Canon LP-E6Ns.

Yes! You’ll want this handy LanParte Ronin-S Offset Plate. This plate serves the sole purpose of allowing the BMPCC 4K & 6K to mount and balance on the DJI Ronin-S 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer by offsetting the camera.
This camera uses Blackmagic RAW as its highest quality recording option. No CinemaDNG option is available.
The BMPCC 6K utilizes a standard HDMI connector to output video but is limited to 10-bit 4:2:2 in full HD.
