Our Canon Wireless Speedlite Package is a convenient, portable lighting setup for Canon DSLRs. It includes:
Speedlight City. The Canon 600EX II-RT offers long-lasting continuous-flash performance, a flash-readiness indicator, simplified button/dial operation, improved weather-sealing, and new accessory modifiers. Unchanged from its predecessor, the 600EX II-RT gives you wireless triggering of 600EX-RT, 430EX III-RT, and other 600EX II-RT flashes at distances up to 98.43 feet without line-of-sight. There’s also an optical pulse triggering method for when you’re working with older-generation flashes.
Output and Operation. With the exception of continuous-flash firing, the output also remains unchanged from the 600EX-RT. You still have a 24-200mm (full-frame equivalent) zoom range, 14mm wide panel, and flash output of GN:197’ @ ISO 100/200mm.
Functionality. Similar story here—not too much has changed. You’ve got the same tilt and swivel capabilities (-7º to +90º/360º). As mentioned above, there’s now a flash-readiness indicator and improved combination button/dial operation. The flash is powered via four AA batteries (not included!) or an external battery pack like the Canon CP E4N.
Accessories Included! New to this updated version are included hard-type bounce and color-filter adapters. Along with the flash, all this fits in a less-camera-bag-friendly pouch. Sorry!
Transmitter, V3 Style. The ST-E3-RT Transmitter – V3 offers movement-focused Wireless Rear Curtain Synchronization, a 1/8192 minimum power range for low-light support, and FE memory to lock in exposure levels.
Flexibility. The ST-E3-RT V3 gives users the flexibility of line-of-sight-free shooting when coupled with the Canon Speedlite EL-1, 600EX II-RT, 600EX-RT, or 430EX III-RT. One V3 transmitter can control up to five groups or fifteen individual flashes, and with a range of 98.4 feet and the ability to adjust ratios and actual power settings from the transmitter itself, it greatly simplifies elaborate lighting setups.
Intuitive Controls. This transmitter features a detailed LCD with clearly laid out, backlit buttons for full control of settings. Since the transmitter uses a radio signal, it’s only compatible with the radio-signal based EL-1, 600EX II-RT, 600EX-RT, and 430EX III-RT. Despite this, the ST-E3-RT V3 transmitter still offers more control of its compatible Speedlite than any other trigger system out there.
Adaptability. The Canon AD-E1 Multi-Function Shoe Adapter lets you use this transmitter on Canon cameras that feature the Canon Multi-Function Shoe, such as the Canon EOS R3.
