The Profoto D2 1000Ws AirTTL Monolight is an extremely fast, extremely powerful lighting solution. With the D2, “speed” is the operative word. We also carry the D2 500W Monolight. Key features include:

Yes! But also no! The rapid box switch modifiers will slide on and attach to the light, but we don’t recommend running the light at its full power because doing so could damage the softbox.
We don’t add any of these to the rental because there are so many options. We do offer a variety of options for rent that can be found under Recommended on the left-hand side of this page.
We recommend the Profoto 41-inch Shallow Silver Umbrella and the Profoto White Softlight Beauty Dish Reflector.
The Profoto D2 is not compatible with any of Profoto’s OCF line of modifiers. This includes the Profoto Grid Kit for B1 / B2 Off Camera Flash Heads and Profoto OCF 24-inch White Beauty Dish.
Will your camera shoot 20 fps? While this strobe is capable of quick burst, most cameras are limited to slower shutter fps speeds. If you have any questions about specific gear, reach out to us here.
This rental doesn’t include a light stand. However, we do offer a variety of options for rent that can be found under Recommended on the left-hand side of this page.
