The BirdDog Eyes P100 3-Camera NDI PTZ Kit w/ Keyboard is a multi-camera, PTZ control solution centered around the BirdDog P100 Full NDI PTZ camera. This kit includes three cameras, BirdDog’s PTZ Keyboard controller, and all the accessories you need to power and communicate with the camera over ethernet in a one-click IP video package that easily integrates into an existing local network. How can I change the resolution and frame rate?

You can adjust the resolution and frame rate through the WebUI and the IR remote. The dial has been phased out in recent firmware updates and can no longer be used to make adjustments.

Are there any compatibility concerns with this package?

The latest BirdDog updates require that the PTZ Keyboard (v4.5.203-LTS) and P100 camera (v4.5.3787-LTS) be fully updated in order to work together. Both items in this kit will be updated before shipment.

What if I need an ethernet cable run longer than 150ft?

We offer the Belden 150ft Cat 6A Ethernet Cable Extension as a separate rental item. Please note that long runs of cable may require a repeater. If you have questions, please contact us.

Will I need anything else?

This kit is designed to integrate into an existing local network and does not include any way to monitor or stream the camera feed.

How do I access the BirdDog web remote?

All of our BirdDog cameras ship configured for DHCP, with the default web browser ID printed on the bottom of the camera so all you need to do is enter the web address in a browser window to get started. Once you access the web remote, you will need to enter the default password: birddog, one word, lowercase.
Please note that because we make every effort to ensure this camera ships in the simplest, default state, you may be subject to a camera ID recovery fee if you return the camera with a unique web ID.
